Support Advisor - Client Services & Operations
Bethany is Support Advisor – Client Services & Operations at Coastal Bridge Advisors, based out of the firm’s Westport, CT office. In her role, she is responsible for supporting advisors and their clients which suits her well given her passion for helping others and her willingness “to help wherever and however I am needed.”
As she says, “I want clients to know I am always available and here to help anyway I can. I feel it is my job to make sure our clients are happy with our services. I take pride in my work and strive to make everything as easy as possible for our clients when working with us. I want them to know they will be listened to, and their needs will be addressed to the best of my ability. This is how we at Coastal Bridge Advisors ‘Uncomplicate It’ for them.”
Prior to joining Coastal Bridge Advisors, Bethany spent 13 years at Wells Fargo Advisors, starting with AG Edwards, which then merged with Wachovia, and later Wells Fargo Advisors. As a Senior Client Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors, she served as the “eyes and ears” for a large advisory practice leading all day-to-day operations for the business. She also served as the Branch Readiness Coordinator for the Danbury location, acting as the ‘go to person’ for the office supervising 45 people on the Wells Fargo Advisors technology platform.
There is no doubt Bethany has long proved successful supporting and caring for her clients. In her own words, “building meaningful relationships with clients is important to me. While they may have different needs, my desire is to help them achieve the best possible outcome.”
When not in the office, Bethany enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and going on walks and hikes with her husband and their dog.
