Bethany is the Support Advisor – Team Lead at Coastal Bridge Advisors. She began with the firm as Support Advisor—Service & Operations to Founding Partner Advisors, Kevin Burns and Bill Loftus. For the last several years, Bethany has excelled in this role with trusted, personable service and efficiency in providing day-to-day tasks for our valued UHNW and HNW clients. She was promoted to her current role in October 2023.

Bethany is responsible for supporting our advisors and their clients, as well as guiding her support advisory team, which suits her well given her passion for helping others and her willingness “to help and mentor, wherever and whenever she is needed.” She has consistently proven herself to be a true stalwart of client service excellence and team leadership. In her capacity as Team Lead, Bethany continues her exemplary work, applying both knowledge and skill to help optimize the advisory service team’s performance. She focuses on developing and stewarding hands-on training programs, fostering technology adoption, and creating scalable processes designed to directly benefit the service and support of our clients.

As she says, “I want both our clients and my advisory service team to know I am always available and here to help in any way that I can. I feel it is my job to make sure our clients are happy with our services and ensure that our support team is aligned with resources to personalize these important relationships. I take pride in my work and strive to make everything as clear as possible for our clients when working with us. Prior to joining Coastal Bridge Advisors, Bethany spent 13 years at Wells Fargo Advisors, beginning with AG Edwards, which then merged with Wachovia, and later Wells Fargo Advisors. As a Senior Client Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors, she served as the “eyes and ears” for a large advisory practice, leading all day-to-day operations for the business. She also served as the Branch Readiness Coordinator for the Danbury, CT location, acting as the ‘go-to person’ for the office while supervising 45 people on the Wells Fargo Advisors technology platform.

There is no doubt Bethany has long proven successful in supporting and caring for her clients and helping to lead her fellow support advisors. In her own words, “building meaningful relationships with clients is important to me. While they may each have different needs, my desire is to help develop a service and advisory support team built to help our clients achieve their best possible outcomes.”

When not in the office, Bethany enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and going on walks and hikes with her husband and their dog.
