Client Service Associate, ChFC®
Michael (Mike) joined the Coastal Bridge Advisors team in October of 2018 as a Client Service Associate. In this capacity, Mike shares in client service responsibilities across our entire client base, working closely with Director of Advisory Services, Henry Habgood.
When asked how his team supports and cares for its clients, he says, “We strive for responsiveness and accessibility supported by a ‘can-do’ attitude. Our goal is to answer the phone before the 3rd ring. Our clients are very busy and usually do not have much free time, so it is important that we assist them quickly and accurately. Having clients in 4 time zones can also complicate accessibility, which is why we are always on call. Our job is to make it easy for them.

If a client needs assistance with potentially confusing aspects of insurance, estate planning, or even tax questions, our network of experts help find the solutions, explain the process in easy-to-understand terms, listen for feedback, and help put the agreed-upon plan into action.”
Mike’s career has been focused on services to clients and service to his country. Following a 20-year career in the Navy, he worked for Wells Fargo, First County Bank, and Financial Strategies (as a Client Service Representative) before spending the last five years at Altium Wealth Management as a Manager of Client Operations where he managed a team of four and was responsible for over 1,100 clients over three custodians.
His formal education includes an MBA from Columbia Southern University. He is also a Series 65 License holder as well as a Chartered Financial Consultant®.
Mike and his wife currently live in Bronxville. He enjoys traveling, golf, and spending time with his family.
