Bill Knox is a seasoned alternative investment professional with more than 30 years of experience in client advisory and investment management roles. Over the course of his career, he has partnered with a broad range of institutional investors, including endowments, foundations, family offices, and wealth managers.
Bill began his career in investment banking, managing client relationships at Goldman Sachs and William Blair, and later serving as a Partner at Furman Selz. He subsequently transitioned to investment management, joining TIG Advisors as a long/short equity research analyst focused on equity risk. He later became a member of the firm’s senior management team, where he led firm-wide strategic initiatives, including sourcing and vetting prospective new investment managers and fund strategies, as well as overseeing the investor relations function.
He went on to lead business development at FCO Advisors, a credit-focused investment manager, where he was involved in business development efforts during a period of firm growth. Most recently, Bill served as a senior member of the client development team at KLS Diversified Asset Management, an alternative and private credit firm.
Bill earned a B.A. in History from Georgetown University.
