Eric Passeri brings nearly four decades of investment advisory and wealth management experience to Coastal Bridge Advisors, where he serves as Chief Investment Officer (Institutional). In this role, he helps to oversee the firm's institutional investment strategy and supports advisors and clients across the organization.

In his day-to-day role, Eric oversees institutional portfolio construction, investment research, and strategic asset allocation. He works closely with advisors, investment partners, and firm leadership to evaluate market opportunities, develop and execute investment strategies, monitor portfolio performance, support portfolio implementation and complex investment cases, and help ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their objectives. He also contributes to internal collaboration and professional development initiatives across the organization.

Eric began his career in financial services at Merrill Lynch in 1986 after graduating from Fairfield University with a degree in Economics. Over the course of more than 25 years at Merrill Lynch, he built extensive experience in investment advisory services, institutional consulting, and client relationship management. He later continued his advisory career with Beirne Wealth Consulting and TrinityPoint Wealth before joining Coastal Bridge Advisors in 2025.

Eric takes a collaborative approach to leadership and is committed to mentoring colleagues. He works across teams to share knowledge, support colleagues, and mentor early-career professionals. He is committed to building strong working relationships and supporting the professional development of those around him.

Outside of the office, Eric values spending time with his wife, daughter, and son. Family remains at the center of his life, and he takes great pride in balancing a successful professional career with meaningful personal relationships and experiences.
