For more than three decades, Michael Weksel has built, financed and advised companies across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on scalable operations, financial strategy and business development.

Prior to joining Coastal Bridge Advisors, Michael served as CFO of several companies, including a publicly traded SPAC, sponsored and participated in numerous venture capital investments, and provided business and M&A advisory services to privately held companies. Earlier in his career, Michael founded LogistiCare, now part of Modivcare, which grew to provide daily non-emergency medical transportation services to tens of thousands of Medicaid and HMO members.

Michael also serves on the boards of several affiliated companies in the international insulation industry. He holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a BS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany.

At Coastal Bridge Advisors, Michael advises owners of privately held businesses on mergers and acquisitions, helping them position their companies for attractive valuations and strategic transactions that recognize the value they have created through years of hard work, investment and entrepreneurship.
