Ryan serves as Vice President – Technology and Integration at Coastal Bridge Advisors, where he helps lead the firm's technology strategy, operational integration initiatives, and platform optimization efforts. He works closely with advisors, client service teams, and strategic partners to enhance internal processes, support firmwide growth initiatives, and help enhance the experience for both clients and employees.

Ryan takes a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to his work. His background in client service, operations, and financial technology enables him to identify opportunities to improve efficiency while supporting the evolving needs of the firm. Prior to joining Coastal Bridge Advisors, he held roles at Morgan Stanley and Brown Brothers Harriman, where he gained experience supporting advisors, operations, and client service functions.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied and Resource Economics, with a concentration in Business Management and Marketing, from the University of Connecticut. During his time at UConn, he served as Treasurer of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity, where he developed an early foundation in financial leadership and organizational management.

Outside of the office, Ryan enjoys cycling, downhill skiing, motorcycle riding, and baking. An award-winning baker, he applies the same creativity, precision, and attention to detail to his hobbies as he does to his professional responsibilities.
