As Chief Operating Officer of Coastal Bridge Advisors, Sam helps translate the firm’s vision into action. Working across operations, technology, data, client service, and advisor support, he focuses on building a scalable platform that enables Coastal Bridge's advisors to deliver a personalized client experience while supporting the firm's continued growth. His approach emphasizes collaboration, operational alignment, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Sam’s return to Coastal Bridge in 2026 represented a full-circle moment. He began his career in wealth management as an intern with the firm before joining Focus Financial Partners in 2014. At Focus, Sam initially worked closely with advisors transitioning from wirehouses and other banking institutions, helping them establish and grow their own independent registered investment firms. Through that work, he gained extensive experience supporting advisory businesses and helping implement operational, technology, and business initiatives.

In 2020, Sam became one of three founding employees of Connectus Wealth Advisers, an M&A-oriented wealth-management platform created by Focus, where he helped establish the firm's operating model, acquisition strategy, technology infrastructure, and shared-service platform. He subsequently led major elements of the acquisition and integration process as Connectus completed six U.S. transactions and grew into a multibillion-dollar wealth-management organization with employees and offices across multiple countries.

Following the integration of Connectus into Focus Partners Wealth in 2024, Sam returned to Focus’s corporate organization as Vice President of Strategy and Operations. In that role, he helped shape and execute enterprise technology strategy for a growing wealth-management platform.

Sam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from The George Washington University. He lives in Weston, CT—the town where he grew up—with his wife and their son. Outside of work, Sam enjoys running, yoga, skiing, reading history, and playing the saxophone.
