As Chief of Staff, Veronica oversees the firm's operational initiatives and client service functions, helping execute strategic initiatives across the firm. She works closely with advisors, the Relationship Management team, and third-party partners seeking to enhance operational efficiency, support firmwide initiatives, and aiming to deliver a seamless, personalized client experience.

Veronica earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. Prior to joining Coastal Bridge Advisors, she served as Operations Manager at One Charles Private Wealth and previously worked in the Office of the Global Business Head of Blackstone Multi-Asset Investing, where she supported strategic initiatives and gained experience within the asset management industry.

Bilingual in English and Polish, Veronica enjoys building relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of the office, she enjoys running, reading, and traveling.
