Marina joined Coastal Bridge Advisors as Support Advisor – Client Operations in April 2022. In this role*, her commitment to service is driven by her emphasis on what matters most to our clients. As she says, “We support our clients by being mindful of their financial needs, mindful of their time and mindful of their emotions. We would like for our clients to know that their finances are being managed the same way as we would manage our own.”
After graduating from Iona College with a BA degree in Psychology, Marina turned to the world of finance where she has developed a long and successful 20-year career. It started with her time as a Workflow Coordinator at Manulife Wood Logan / John Hancock where she helped support the business development efforts for a variable annuities business. Next, she served as an Anti-Money Laundering Specialist at Optima Compliance and Consulting, performing various audit and compliance related activities. Then she moved to the advisory side of the business at Opus Advisory Group where she was a Certified Sales Assistant.
Most recently, she was an Associate in the Family Office at General Atlantic. In this capacity, she bolstered her financial and client service credentials by helping to support the investment activities of their Family Office clients.
As a Support Advisor for Coastal Bridge Advisors, Marina plays a critical operational role, helping to ‘Uncomplicate’ a range of services from money movement to effectively supporting clients during times of change. Everyday life can be complicated enough, we try to uncomplicate our clients’ lives by being transparent and hands on, helping our clients work smarter towards their financial goals, not harder.
She enjoys her demanding job and balances her life by going on long walks, baking and spending time with her family. A native of Westchester NY, Marina currently resides in Westport, CT with her husband and two daughters where they enjoy spending time outside as much as they can.
